In 1959, the firm reorganized as Christopher DiStefano and Associates with offices in Victoria and Houston, Texas. The firm subsequently incorporated under the name in 1972 with the Houston office being the main base of operation. A Valley Branch office has been established in McAllen, Texas for the purpose of serving our clients in the South Texas Area.
Di Stefano / Santopetro Architects prides itself on the successful projects which our office has performed for Public and Governmental agencies over the past forty-six (46) years. Public clients are especially vulnerable to the watchful eye of the citizens and media of their local area. A firm that cannot be responsive to the community at large will only tend to cause problems for the governing body as well as itself. We take particular pride in the fact that much of our work is for repeat clients who have gained strong confidence in us once we have had a chance to work together.
The experience of the firm encompasses Planning and Design Services for civic centers, libraries, schools, churches, fire stations, courthouses, detention facilities, city halls, and medical facilities.
All services provided to our clients will be done so under the direction of Joseph M. Santopetro, licensed architect No. 9450, registered in the State of Texas, and in compliance with and under the jurisdiction of all the Registration Laws and Rules established by the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners P.O.
